Broadband speed: You get the best download speed available (up to 24Mb if you live in a high speed area) dependent on your location, phone line, wiring and time of day. Because of these factors your speed may be higher or lower than up to 24Mb.

Broadband with a 12 or 24 month contract: Includes a wireless router that costs £39.99 (P&P £8.99). If you choose to end your WorkAir Broadband service within the minimum period, you will have to pay a termination charge by way of compensation to us for ending your service early. This charge is £299 for the phone line and broadband/fibre.

Fibre broadband speed is always described as ‘up to’ because your actual download speeds will vary. We’ll give you the best download speed available on your line up to 76Mb and upload speed up to 20Mb. This is dependent on your location, phone line, wiring and time of day.

Fibre activation: An engineer visit is required to install WorkAir Fibre. However, we won’t charge you for this.

Fibre broadband with a 12 or 24 month contract: The WorkAir Fibre service is subject to a minimum period of either 12 or 24 months. If you choose to end your WorkAir Fibre service within the minimum period, you will have to pay a termination charge to us for ending your service early. This charge will be £299.

New Line Install : If you don’t have a phone line then we can install one for you.

WorkAir will install a new line in your business premises when you sign up to a phone & broadband package. You can choose a convenient date for your new installation – call us now.

Restart: If you have recently moved in and found that the phone line in your new premises isn’t working we may be able reconnect it – as long as the wiring, socket and routing from the exchange to your property are intact, when you sign up to one of our business phone or broadband bundled packages.
